Every Supremex fire cylinder that comes to us for a refill undergoes a thorough refilling process (steps may vary by extinguisher type), ensuring your extinguisher leaves our facility performing like new.

Discharge & Dismantle

The extinguisher is manually discharged and emptied, then dismantled completely and the cylinder is de-stressed.

2️⃣

Refill & Pressurize

For nitrogen-pressurized extinguisher types, the cylinder is recharged and pressurized with high-purity nitrogen, with a small helium trace mix used specifically to enable the leak-detection step below.

3️⃣

Leak Testing

Inverted beaker test in water, plus a mass spectrometer helium leak detection test — the most advanced leak detection technology available in the world.
