Our nearshore oil containment booms are built from a high-grade synthetic rubber substrate with an outer layer of Hypalon (CSM). This single-process, homogeneous construction is fully cross-vulcanized with oil-resistant rubber and reinforced fabrics. The result is a seamless boom with excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability against sun, sea, and oil exposure.
Designed for both hot and cold climates, these booms stay stable in currents up to 3–4 knots and withstand gale-force conditions. They also provide excellent wave-following characteristics. When deflated, the booms lie flat, making them easy to clean, transport, and store.
The multiple-point inflation system is simple to use. Each chamber can be repaired independently without affecting the rest of the boom. All fittings are stainless steel, while the ballast and tension chains are hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance. Vertical internal fiberglass rods add strength and maintain boom stability.
Our Universal Sliding Connectors meet ASTM durability standards and allow fast, secure connection between boom sections. The sliding design ensures smooth movement over varying water surfaces, making deployment and retrieval easier. These connectors are compatible with multiple boom types and are ideal for emergency spill response teams.
Anchoring systems are vital for maintaining boom position during spill containment operations. Our system includes heavy-duty anchors, chains, ropes, and buoys, strategically spaced to provide excellent stability against waves, currents, and wind.
The towing bridle connects the boom to a vessel. Made from high-strength synthetic fibers or steel cables, it withstands strong towing forces. Adjustable components allow better control over the tow angle, improving maneuverability and reducing equipment strain during spill response.
Our Boom Storage Reel simplifies boom deployment and retrieval. Built with a steel frame and container corners, it features a high-torque hydraulic motor with planetary gearbox. Hydraulic brakes provide smooth control, and a counterbalance valve prevents jerky movements.
These power packs use an air-cooled diesel engine and can operate multiple hydraulic tools at the same time. Compact, portable, and designed for proper air circulation, they include safety features such as overspeed protection and a spark arrestor. Custom hydraulic circuits are available.
Each power pack includes a PESO-approved spark arrestor. It traps glowing particles in the exhaust to prevent ignition of flammable materials.
This spring-loaded valve shuts down diesel engines safely by cutting air intake during overspeed events. Adjustable preload settings control when the valve closes.
Our hose sets come with quick-release connectors and are rated up to 250 bar at 100°C. Made from R2-grade oil-resistant rubber, they include dual high-tensile steel braids for strength and durability.
This diesel-powered air blower inflates booms quickly. Mounted on a trolley with collapsible or fixed handles, it includes standard hoses and nozzles and comes with a protective canvas cover.
We offer 4-leg webbing slings with an 8-ton capacity, made from strong nylon or polyester. Reinforced stitching ensures safe lifting of loads and easy attachment to hoisting equipment.
Our covers protect storage reels from UV, moisture, and debris. Made from durable vinyl or polyester, they extend the lifespan of equipment in harsh marine conditions.
Our spare and repair kits include patch materials, repair sleeves, connectors, and buoyancy components, allowing fast field repairs and minimizing downtime during spill response.
